ai. The terms of the promotion are still in effect after all prizes have been withdrawn. Subsequent deposits, wagering requirements being satisfied, withdrawals, or balances falling below $1 won't have an impact on this rule.
That means once the wagering requirements for a bonus are met, you must withdraw the maximum allowed amount for that promotion. Until the withdrawal is completed and your balance is below $1, you won’t be able to generate any new winnings unless you make a new deposit.
So, when you continued playing other games without withdrawing your previous winnings from the bonus, you violated the bonus terms.
We understand this may be frustrating, but the casino is following the rules outlined in their terms.

Complaint Details This complaint concerns a withdrawal rejection based on a bonus condition that was not disclosed at the time the promotion was accepted. I accepted a BonusBlitz promotion for 100 Free Spins on the game “Cash Chalet” with a $10 deposit.
The promotional terms presented to me stated:
• Wagering requirement: 30× on free spin winnings
• Max cash-out: 20× deposit
• No stated monetary value assigned to the free spins
• No statement that any amount would be deducted from winnings after wagering
• No indication that additional or separate terms would override the listed promotion conditions
I completed the wagering requirement in full and accumulated a balance of $88.47, which was within the stated max cash-out limit. When I requested a withdrawal, BonusBlitz declined the payout (TraceID 45341261) stating only that “the bonus amount is not withdrawable.” After the withdrawal request, support claimed that the 100 free spins corresponded to a $25 “bonus amount” and that this amount was non-withdrawable. However, this $25 value was never disclosed anywhere in the promotion or shown to me before I accepted or played the bonus. The withdrawal was not rejected due to unmet wagering, exceeding the max cash-out, restricted games, or any violation. It was rejected solely due to a post-play reclassification of funds based on a condition that was not disclosed in advance.
Requested Resolution I am requesting:
• Payment of the completed winnings $88.47, or
• Clear proof that the alleged $25 non-withdrawable “bonus amount” was disclosed before the promotion was accepted and played.

that's all you can keep on coming back on is general terms and conditions which have nothing to do with this promotion. you cannot attach value to spins after the fact. your promotion is misleading, then have to wager the winnings from the spins 30 times does not account for a deposit bonus. regardless of the fact your promotion is required to have all the terms posted on that flyer and be clear and not have any hidden underlinings that can render the customer from making an informed and educated decision. They approved my win for 50$, They told me to make a verification deposit. I made the deposit, submitted my verification documents (Selfie, passport, driver's license, debit card, and proof of address) to two different departments (payments@bonusblitz.com - Jan 24, and documents@bonusblitz.com on Jan 27). I was sent free spins 3 days ago and they didn't appear under my rewards and the code didn't work, support kept telling me contradictory reasons as to why they didn't work which led me to conclude they weren't telling the truth and after asking for managements email about 20 times they reluctantly gave me this address. Any claim they use to say it's because my last action wasn't a deposit is also untrue because the code wasn't working before or after the deposit I did on the 14th.

Support won't add the coupon for me claiming I need to make another deposit but all LCB coupons list the terms very specificly and most say the last action must be a deposit. I actually tested this myself to be sure.
I launched the game in demo mode and played under the same conditions as described. Based on my testing, the Hold & Spin reward is definitely calculated as multiplier × COIN value, not multiplier × total bet.
Here is my example:
Hold&Spin bonus game
Total bet = $1
Multiplier = x1740
Win = $87
This clearly shows the calculation is based on the base coin value (1/20 of the bet), not the full $1 stake.Also, if you check the paytable, it explicitly states that all wins are calculated as (1/20 × bet × win), except for the Red Mystery Envelope, where the multiplier is applied to the total bet.
