I've won some money on a no deposit bonus they did their checks and stuff and I've been trying to withdraw my $75 but they won't accept my government issued photo ID.
I'm not able to get any of the usual ID.... ,passport, licence.....
I have tried chat on site but they only keep saying I have to submit verification documents.....the verification team don't reply to emails. And I have submitted the document and every other photo ID I have/can have please help?

I've done all the wagering and stuff tried withdrawing they bumped it down to the maximum I could withdraw. They won't accept my government issued photo ID, they won't accept my expired licence and I am not allowed to get a passport nor a reissue license. I do have a government issued working with children's check id card. I can't find anyone through support who can/will/know anything it's always just the same repeated response

Financial department fixed the bonus the 1st time I to cash out...max limit 75...so they took the extra already.... I've private messages the screenshots....will send through my id now.
