    Hi There!!I was trying to get my first withdrawal from crypto loko...it was approved on the 21st but still haven't received anything and the live chat informed me that all of a sudden my country is not eligible to receive winnings from free spins but when I deposited to confirm wallet no issues to get that money back..

    any winnings as long as it is from deposits should be also ok allegedly somehow...funny enough previous communication not once mentioned any possible issues...

    i do have email proof of my withdrawal being approved and that i should receive my withdrawal "crazy fast" and my transaction list says "manager approved withdrawal" and being processed...

    Please advise how to proceed!!

    qualsiasi vincita purché provenga da depositi dovrebbe essere ok, presumibilmente in qualche modo... abbastanza divertente, la comunicazione precedente non menzionava nemmeno una volta eventuali problemi...

    ho una prova via e-mail che il mio prelievo è stato approvato e che dovrei riceverlo "pazzescamente velocemente" e il mio elenco delle transazioni dice "ritiro approvato dal manager" ed è in fase di elaborazione...

    I began playing at Crypto loko this week. I was ecstatic to see the platform had games I like , awesome incentives and instant payout,... When you say too goo to be true? You better believe it!! My first withdrawal from straight cash deposit was for $347 which I received in a matter of 45 mind. I never take promotional only straight deposits so my next withdrawal was for $70 which I still haven't received 2 days later. I spoke with customer service whom advised me it would be within 72 hrs. I contacted support again to be told this time that it would be 3 to 7 days!!!!  I questioned why 1st withdrawal was expedited so quickly and was told that casino uses a ALGORITHM that determines how funds are distributed? I used a rewards coupon today. Requested withdrawal of $55 and it is pending as well. Crypto loko has drivene LOCO!

I am active in the military so Im just coming back on leave after death of my mother so I got comfortable made verification deposit since my identity was verified last year I received confirmation my withdrawal was approved and on the way to my wallet.     Due to the use of 3rd party payment providers we as an organization are subject to fees on funds coming and going, however it is only on withdrawal that a processing fee of 5% is charged per the terms and conditions of the casino. In this case on a withdrawal of $2000 the processing fee would be $100 thus $1900 has been paid in full. Hopefully this clarifies things.

    I placed two withdrawal request with crypto loko casino on May 5th & 6th using bitcoin. Once you complete the bitcoin withdrawal request it states, it can take up to five days to receive a response. Its past the 5 days & still no response. I've contacted support several times and my vip host and they all say there is no update & I should hear something soon. They can't give me a  definite answer on when I should receive an update. Which i find unacceptable.  My account is fully verified and from my understanding there are no other issues. So I should have received both payouts earlier this week.

    I would like to provide an update on my withdrawal request. The first withdrawal request that I placed on the may 5th, was approved on the 21st.  The second one is still pending which both should have been approved at the same time. I contacted support about this issue & I was informed all withdrawal request are processed one by one & I must wait for the first payout to receive an update on the second one. Which i find unacceptable due to the fact its past the 5 days. 

    I forgot to mention this. If all withdrawals are processed one by one & I must wait until I receive the first payout to receive an update on the second one; I should've received an update on the withdrawal request placed on May 05th on the 7th. Due to the fact,  I received a payment through coindraw on May 06th. So that means I should have received an update on the bitcoin withdrawal request on May 7th. 

     

    As I mentioned before, I should have received an update on both withdrawals over a week ago. I never had to wait this long for a payout when using bitcoin as a payment method. I receive my payout within 4 business days. 

     

    I contacted support to make sure the rules has not changed & I was informed it takes 1 to 3 business days for a approval & up to 72 hours to receive payout. I attached proof of the chat conversation.

    Hello LCB Team and others, so first off id like to say I have had great luck with this site in the past, multiple payouts, multiple freeroll tournament payouts, no issues, however the past 6 months, I have been denied withdraw requests multiple times and I was wrong about the terms and conditions a few of those times, i will admit that... however this time i cannot see how its an issue when the support agent says i could withdraw a freeroll tournament winnings if I make a deposit before hand to ensure no multiple freerolls or bonus, which I did. so long story short..   I deposited via bitcoin lightning went straight to the freeroll tournament played and won 1st. the 5usd deposit was for the addon incase i needed it. I was in first so i did not use the addon, left played the 5 on some slots lost it all, ended up 2 hours later finishing 2nd.

    1st prize 50usd

    2nd prize 30usd

    3rd prize 20usd

    I placed 2nd, got the popup notification that I had placed 2nd won 30usd, I chose to withdraw only 20usd and left 10usd in my casino account... Shortly afterwards my account said 0.00 and the withdraw wwas cancelled.. contacted support was told I claimed more than 1 freeroll or bonus after depositing the bitcoin via lightning..

Ero primo quindi non ho usato il componente aggiuntivo, ho lasciato giocare 5 su alcune slot e ho perso tutto, alla fine 2 ore dopo sono arrivato 2°.
