I made a deposit of 310$ which i lost, and after give it another try with a deposit of 255$ and manage to make 950$. When i try to withdraw they told me their fraud team has to investigate 48 hours, even if i didnt do anything wrong. Also before i deposit they told me withdrawals on their site are instant.

This is the email they sent me. I have no multiple accounts and i dont know what they mean by bonus abuse. I lost the bonus money and made another deposit. Also they are stealing what i deposit.

Hi, our fingerprint software connected this account to two others that were opened in recent days and our system flagged the betting activity. The first account opened an account deposited and used the welcome bonus, then did some large bonus buys with bonus funds which is against terms. The player didn't open the bonus features until after the bonus money was used and had made a second deposit. This is to deceive us into thinking the bonuses were actually obtained on the second deposit when in actual fact they were purchased with bonus funds. This wasn't spotted on the first account and the player made a profit of $384.
The second account with exactly the same pattern, technique and fingerprint was spotted and we in fairness returned the deposit.
The third account the player then played all the bonus funds without buying a bonus but when he did hit a bonus feature through normal play didn't open it until all the funds were gone and he had made a second deposit. Again to try and deceive us into thinking this wasn't bonuses funds the features were collected on. After the third attempt at this we decide to close the account with no refund.
