My withdrawal request was Sunday. I submitted documents to their banking email that same time, and received an auto-reply with standard info. Their actual reply came early Tuesday morning:

The image previously provided does not allow us to clearly verify the required information. Even the keen-eyed scholars of the Runepeak Brotherhood were unable to make out the necessary details with confidence.

I replied with a different selfie picture at that time. Like many official ID's there is a transparent hologram overlay on mine. With the initial submission, the light caught the hologram such that the DOB text was slightly less visible than the rest of the text. It was still legible, though. In any case, I sent another picture where the DOB text was 100% clear.
I received this reply this morning:

We are unable to accept the submitted image for KYC verification, as the quality and presentation of the document do not provide sufficient evidence to establish that it is a valid document held by a real person.
To confirm the validity of your document and verify that you are a real person, the provided photo must show a document consistent with a valid document issued in its respective country. The document should be presented proportionally in relation to your hand and face, with all details sharp and legible, free from blur, reflections, or distortions, and with the appropriate color and font.
Also, please avoid using any effects, filters, or other edits, as they can reduce the overall quality of the photos.

The documents sent are the same that has been approved at Orca Spins, Ronin Slots, Casino Brango, and Yabby. No effects or filters were used. The details of my ID are not legible when viewing the whole picture, due to the small size of the text. But the image was taken at a resolution to easily see every letter on my ID...just need to expand it out a bit and is easily discernable. You could on the first submission, as well, but it is even better on the second.
Unfortunately, I jumped the gun a bit and sent in a verification deposit, which is in pending status, as you would expect, due to the existing funds. This money is effectively unrecoverable, due to the unverified status.

Si noti che non era presente un vero e proprio link per l'invio, ma solo un segnaposto.
Ho risposto con un'altra foto selfie. Come molti documenti d'identità ufficiali, anche il mio ha un ologramma trasparente. Nella prima foto, la luce aveva colpito l'ologramma rendendo la data di nascita leggermente meno visibile rispetto al resto del testo. Era comunque ancora leggibile. In ogni caso, ho inviato un'altra foto in cui la data di nascita era perfettamente leggibile.
Ho ricevuto questa risposta stamattina:

I dettagli del mio documento d'identità non sono leggibili visualizzando l'immagine intera, a causa delle dimensioni ridotte del testo. Tuttavia, l'immagine è stata scattata a una risoluzione tale da rendere facilmente visibili tutte le lettere del mio documento... basta ingrandirla un po' ed è facilmente distinguibile. Avresti potuto ottenere lo stesso risultato anche con il primo invio, ma con il secondo è ancora migliore.
Purtroppo, ho agito con troppa fretta e ho inviato un deposito di verifica, che, come prevedibile, risulta in sospeso a causa dei fondi già presenti. Di fatto, questo denaro è irrecuperabile, proprio perché il deposito non è stato verificato.
