Unfortunately, we have to inform you that we checked the Casino and came to the conclusion that they still do not officially have a license, because they have no proof or paper that can confirm it. On the website, it says that they have, but it is not linked, so we cannot treat it as if it is official. We will try to get in touch with them to send us the license confirmation if they already say they have it.

We still haven't received any proof directly from them but we see that license is on their site officially. Only thing that we can advice is to contact their licensor HERE in hopes that You can get any updates regarding your issue.

Hi Berks. I hope all is well. Crashino has seemingly hired a new staff after they got their license. Can you please reach out one final time, just to see if they respond this time? The new team seems a lot more co-operative than the last. Thanks in advance. PS: I have reached out to the license holder, but that will take quite some time. Hopefully we can solve this if a new team is in place.

Unbelievable. I actually have proof of my account with the site, and my communication with them. I cant understand how these people are allowed to operate.
