    Thank you for writing me here! I will sort out your issue. You don't need to wager $772.50 for $6.80, which was left from your fist deposit in June. The reason why it has appeared on your balance - it's my task to hunt down this issue. If you would like to complete that bonus, then you can keep wagering the bonus. If you would like to remove it, then go to bonuses and simply refuse it. Be sure, that this bonus wager requirements don't apply to another bonus wagering.

    As I understand, your Rake Back is 6$  and it has nothing to do with your question.

I had deposited 25 into luck3 earlier this morning, and i lost it so quick. i redeemed the 150luck coupon so it came to be about $60 to play with. This was the first time i had ever play $60 within a snap of a finger.  :'( Is there like a cashback, rake back....? anything? i feel jipped. The slots were SOOO mean. wahhh..

Not "failed" as in failing to cashout, I would have done that in an instant. But "failed" as in failing to meet the requirement that was 1) I don't believe should have been there 2) ridiculously high considering I had made already made 4 deposits without bonuses. At the time I had contact support I had balance up to $150, which I would have happily cashed out in an instant. Instead...in my attempts to meet the waging requirements to eligilbly cashout...I'm left with a whopping $3.08...(I'll refrain from expressing myself any further as not to get banned from LCB)....

    ....umm...make that a whopping $0.08 now...thanks...i don't think i'll be making another deposit anytime soon. It's not worth having past wager requirements tagged on to them.

  •  I did it, but messed up. I didn't use Google or Yahoo. I sent an e-mail to support. Didn't get verification of new account. I hope I didn't make a bigger mess. I also cashed Xmas coupon.     Just one No Deposit bonus can be used by person. Luck3 has available no deposit bonus 33$ (bonus code: A33) for new players and Luck3 has special no deposit bonuses for such websites like LCB (bonus code: LCB35 and other codes, which were stolen from other websites and published here), which are also for new registered players only. These both ND bonuses are for new registered players only. Only one bonus code of them can be used per one player.

    Also Luck3 creates additional ND bonuses in order to give pleasure to players on holidays. We publish information about these bonuses on LCB forum and on Luck3 website specifying that this bonus is for ALL Players. It means that these bonuses are open for all Luck3 players, but can be used just once. I think it's quite logical.

    So if you used A33 as your sign up bonus, then used LCB35 - it means you violated the rules, unfortunately.  sad

    I continued playing and my balanced reached over $400 when I decided to make a withdrawal for $300.  I am being told by your casino that the max cashout is $99.  I don't understand that because as the email states; "you got 99$ in your real balance now and you can keep on  playing and increase your winnings in all games."

  • i would  say luck3 is at fault here, like jade says her 99 was max bonus, already coverted to real money, according to the mail.
    so she could play on without  a max cashout or further wagering requirements.

    max conversion sum = 99, which was converted.

    max real money= 0 (limitless)

  • When I was playing Freaky Fruita, I had over $300 when a message came on that said your bonus has been converted to "Real Money."  I looked up at my balance and saw that my $300+ dollars was gone and I was left with $99.00. 

    Then I got this email;

  • well in that order, it means that you should be able to paly with your newly aquired, transfromed chips ( transformed from bonus money to real)
    and that if you now win 300, it should  be all yours

  • Thanks dirkemans, I think so too.  I continued to play and kept winning, then cashed out for $300.00 of the $400.00 I had won, at first it said approved.  Then they came back and said I needed to verify my account and make a min. deposit first.  After I completed all that, they emailed me back saying that the max I could withdrawal was $99.

    Feel like I'm getting riped-off!

    It is very confusing I must say.  So the $300 was knocked down to $99 in the blink of an eye but it became real money at that point.  So you met the wagering requirement and that would have been point 6 in the list of points.  But at point 7:

    7.Customer has to withdraw his no-deposit winnings in order to remove restrictions from his account. All further winnings will be also considered as no-deposit winnings until the no-deposit winnings are withdrawn from customers account.

    Whilst it does mean that the no deposit "restrictions" were on your account and those restrictions remain until you withdraw, it doesn't actually say the max is $99 but I'm guessing that because the max bonus is $99 (and your $300 was knocked down to $99) the most you can withdraw will be $99 even if you draw more than that because the no deposit restrictions are still on your account.

    Anyway - I will contact Natalie for you and see if she can get this resolved for you.
