Well I certainly would be happy with $99 for no deposit but I truly do understand what you are saying about the $300 and know how that feels. How about $4000+ down to $200 - that was what happened to me. (Not on this site though)

I see you certainly can empathize. On the brighter side, I deposited $20.00 at Intertops casino last week, my first deposit there. Within a couple of hours I had won over $1000.00. Cashed out on Saturday and got a check for $1000.24 delivered to my door by Fed-X on Tuesday. Now that was beautiful!

Luck3 is an odd casino. Im playing in a tournament, spun all the way down to the last $2 spin, and hit the bonus round. Now the odd thing about it is, the bonus round began loading, and is now stuck at 50%. Wont load any more. Never had any problems before. Who Knows?!!

Hi Natalie, Now that I can get into Luck3 Casino, I entered a freetournament yesterday and in bonus round it got stuck, wouldn't let me pick the lane for the worm race in Freaky Fruits. So I went out and was gonna come back in like I usually do when something like that happens. Usually it's okay, but I could not get back in to play it. I sent support e-mail with 2 screenshots of error messages should your techs find a solution. No one has gotten back to me. Could you find out if it was received or doing anything about it? I keep trying to go back to it I am so aggravated for wasting my time and patience on it and by myself. I like to make things right, but I have no idea what to do. Thanks username helwhipped

This is getting to be really rediculous trying to get a hold of anyone from LUCK3. I've been emailing live chat, promotion dept., support dept. casino rep. and nothing. NNNOOO replies. I 'am very disappointed on your customer service. I really like the whole set-up with the casino and poker rooms but very poor customer relations. I have been probably one of the most loyal guest their but not anymore. I am really upset on how they've been treating me lately!!! All I'm trying to do is get my bonuses for my depositssssssssssssssssss, and maybe a appreciation bonus. But I guess all of you have been to busy for your customers. Just very disappointed on the time it takes to reply to all my inquires. It's been almost 3 weeks since anyone has returned my emails(about 20 of them). I appreciate that blue. An before natalie responded to me on the 26th april Luck3 did not reply another three weeks. So it's been almost a good month and 1/2 but still had no results. Thx again for your concern
You're welcome weeknatbernie. I have not had a reply and I see Natalie has not been on the forum - I'm wondering if she is away. It is likely that she is, as Natalie will generally get in touch straight away if I message her.
Please be patient for a little longer - I know it can be frustrating and thank you for your patience so far.

Blue day thx for just being awesome with assisting me in my situation. For some strange reason just a couple days after you left me a message here, they gave me a $100 free chip to play.
