I don´t think this weeks result ise there yet, I came 31 this week.

i see roberto has been on lcb but has not replied to the email i sent several days ago!!  can someone please help with my issue, i've tried support, phone, roberto and even sent an email with screenshots to which nobody has bother to reply to me....it's really sad how much i deposit there and this is how i get treated for trying to collect a measly $6.00 win!!!  SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND OR HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I guess you didn't look into this Blue, like I asked you...
because I am playing a tournament in Casino Grand Bay right now, and Chart1980 is registered for the same tournament twice, once with a warning sign and question mark next to it.  This is a playable position.
This also is just as I presumed, and has an advantage over the rest of us, and should not be in a winning position.

I would not have given it a second thought, except for the fact that there were TWO different numbers for this member, not the same number, so to me...it was not a typo.

So I questioned it.

I beleve we all should have the same fair chance.

Now, I see Chart1980 has won the third position for February, and I was right, because
I was in the tournament tonight, and there it was again listed twice in the roster,
and once with a warning sign with a question mark...as it should not be allowed.

No I didn't look into it Nal because I assumed it was a typo.  Clearly [now] this is not the case.  I will ask Roberto.

Well - this is the original "here's my alias" post so there has to be an errror on the part of the casino here because I know that you cannot use the same alias as someone else.

no, but you can use the same alias at another casino, and play both places with the same alias.  but it should not be able to happen.  i know that it does, it happened to me.  but i do not play them both, especially in a contest.  THAT is not the casinos fault. THAT is knowingly the person who is playing, and they should be disqualified.

I see your point. This tournamnent is played at three casinos(I think).
But chart1980 is the competitors name in this contest. If there are any chart1980_2 or chart1980* that is not relevant here.

If chart1980 is playing during several names it´s ok. Just as long the exact name chart1980 is counted here.

I have received my bonus money now, together with 10% bonus money from a deposit I lost yesterday.

i fully understand the different aliases at differnt casinos.  For some reason
Chart1980 is playing the same alias at more than one casino, and this is where this problem is coming from.

I do not believe that it is a typo, but JF cannot find the problem, and brushing it under the rug, but hey...typical politician move, so what can you do...

I played it a tournament last night, and chart1980 held position 741 and position 742 in the line up.

THIS IS NOT A TYPO.  THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH JF.  Chart1980
is playing more than one casino with the same alias.  This is the only way
this can happen.

It is a glitch in the system, that it has allowed more than one casino, to allow the same alias, but it does happen, as I see my own Alleycat641 in two casinos.  But if i was in a contest, I would NOT play them BOTH at the SAME TIME...this is cheating.  But, whatever...I can sleep at night...

Ooops! I didn´t think that was possible. This is NOT ok. What have been known so far is that you can play with a different number after your tournament name.

Can you take a screen shot? Which casinos have you used with same tournament name?

I can't take screen shots because I have a lap top.  But I was in the process of doing a copy and paste, and the tournament disappeared.  It must have been paid out.

But this particular one, as I said, Chart1980 was in there registered for the tournament, and was in position 741 and 742. 

It is evident that it is more than one occasion, since I can clearly see it on our
tournament also, with two different position numbers  in the same game

me neither, ive seen this with more names in different microgaming tourneys, i believe this are players with a very old double account, cause nowadays its infdeed impossible to get  atourney id  that is already being used, on the other hand, when one wants to cheat, you can play the same shared tourney also with completely different nicks, at two or more casinos, i never did this, cause i figured that would void my possible winnings, but apparantly there are some that try, and succeed o.o

Maybe Roberto can look into it for us.  Alternatively, only post one score or void the name altogether if this person keeps playing with both of these aliases.
