If I could put it this way -I think the right teams have go down, they were really the 3 poorest teams for the bigger part of the season and Hull were even down to 15 men squad in December, something which ridiculous for any team in any league what about for one of the toughest championships out there.

So Liverpool have done the job in the end which was not a surprise against the sloppy Boro side but there's been a scary moment first half for them when probably the visitors should it be awarded a penalty and sending off to a home team player, just heard about that, never managed to see the situation so probably a bit of luck in the right time for them I guess...Arsenal fans should be probably disappointed but I think this is the genuine standings there according to what teams showed trough the season.

Yes for sure although I find this kind of sad, the CL participation these days means more than winning a silverware and it's mainly because of the funds, understand it but kind of nostalgic for the old days when winning the FA Cup could be only compared to winning a league.
