    I have as recently discovered Wow Vegas has been double charging my account funds balance double the amount I placed on spins. Prior to I was suspicious something was off, due to packages amount gone within a few minutes. And i'm 100% certain this has been occurring each time playing the game, but just now happen to notice. As I mainly play 1 when I do purchase due to the lowest bet starting at 5 cents. I have 3 screen recordings of this issue occuring. If place bet at 10 cents i'm being charged 20 cents, same as 25 cents i'm being charged 50 cents. Which screen recordings show this activity. I have been playing daily since June.21,2025 through July.3,2025 and I have emailed them 5-6 emails of this rigged fraud activity taken place on my account. I have asked that all funds from those dates mentioned be refunded to me. As stealing& rigging my account funds is fraud. And is unacceptable. I have yet heard from them.

    Ho scoperto di recente che Wow Vegas ha addebitato sul mio conto un doppio addebito, pari al doppio dell'importo che avevo utilizzato per i giri. Prima sospettavo che qualcosa non andasse, perché l'importo dei pacchetti spariva in pochi minuti. Sono sicuro al 100% che questo si verificasse ogni volta che giocavo, ma me ne sono accorto solo ora. Dato che gioco principalmente con una sola puntata quando acquisto, dato che la puntata più bassa parte da 5 centesimi, ho tre registrazioni dello schermo che mostrano questo problema. Se scommetto 10 centesimi, mi vengono addebitati 20 centesimi, mentre se scommetto 25 centesimi, mi vengono addebitati 50 centesimi. Le registrazioni dello schermo mostrano questa attività. Ho giocato quotidianamente dal 21 giugno 2025 al 3 luglio 2025 e ho inviato loro 5-6 email relative a questa attività fraudolenta sul mio conto. Ho chiesto che tutti i fondi accumulati in quelle date mi vengano rimborsati. Rubare e manipolare i fondi del mio conto è una frode ed è inaccettabile. Non ho ancora ricevuto loro notizie.

    Our only advice is to remain patient and continue reaching out to their customer support. Unfortunately, when a casino chooses not to collaborate, our hands are tied.
