Please note that we found the following provision in the casino's Terms and Conditions, which states that if a player has never made a deposit, the casino may require a one-time verification deposit before processing any winnings from a free bonus:
“6.2 - For security purposes, if you have never deposited in the Casino, we require a one-time Litecoin (LTC) verification deposit ($11) to ensure that we send the winnings to the correct crypto wallet address and make sure you are genuine and who you claim to be. Si prega di notare che abbiamo trovato la seguente clausola nei Termini e Condizioni del casinò, la quale stabilisce che se un giocatore non ha mai effettuato un deposito, il casinò potrebbe richiedere un deposito di verifica una tantum prima di elaborare eventuali vincite derivanti da un bonus gratuito:
“6.2 - Per motivi di sicurezza, se non hai mai effettuato un deposito nel Casinò, richiediamo un deposito di verifica una tantum in Litecoin (LTC) ($11) per assicurarci di inviare le vincite all'indirizzo corretto del portafoglio di criptovalute e per verificare che tu sia autentico e chi dichiari di essere. Questa procedura deve essere completata prima che possa essere emesso qualsiasi pagamento derivante da un bonus gratuito.
- Qualora per effettuare il deposito di verifica venga utilizzata una criptovaluta diversa da Litecoin (LTC), a causa delle limitazioni tecniche del nostro fornitore terzo in merito all'importo minimo di prelievo, il Casinò si riserva il diritto di considerare il deposito come un deposito in denaro reale e non verrà emesso alcun rimborso.Se hai bisogno del nostro aiuto in merito a questa questione, non esitare a presentare un reclamo QUI e saremo lieti di fornirti ulteriore assistenza.
