This site is so bad. Cashed out for $1,000 after using and 88% match bonus with a 1x playthrough and 10x max cash out. Could have cashed out for more but stopped at $1,000. Every time I contacted support they said the same thing. “ The request is still being reviewed. It is being checked constantly on our end since it is on high priority. You will get an email as soon as it is completed.” That’s bs. There no “high priority” on this site. Management has NEVER responded to a single one of my emails. When I get on chat to ask support why they don’t respond they say, “ What I can tell you is that I don't have visibility into why a manager hasn't responded or the ability to make them reply directly. My role is to escalate concerns and share
any updates that are provided to me.” Then I get on support chat and ask why they don’t respond to emails and support says it’s because they’re so busy and they’ll let them know right away. Seriously a joke. I will never hear from them.
They claim “LIGHTNING PAYOUTS! Your winnings in seconds.” That is so far from the truth it’s disgusting.
Because I never heard from management and my withdrawal was taking forever I got frustrated and reversed my withdrawal and played my balance off. They are liars and the worst site I’ve ever played on.

Quindi contatto l'assistenza tramite chat e chiedo perché non rispondono alle email e l'assistenza dice che è perché sono troppo occupati e che lo faranno sapere subito. È una vera presa in giro. Non riceverò mai più loro notizie. Promettono "PAGAMENTI LAMPO! Le tue vincite in pochi secondi". È una falsità talmente disgustosa. Dato che non ho mai ricevuto risposta dalla direzione e il mio prelievo stava impiegando un'eternità, mi sono frustrato, ho annullato la richiesta di prelievo e ho giocato tutto il mio saldo.
