So I received an email for a no deposit bonus on my poker account. It clearly reads all I'll have to do is open a table and start playing. I also read the deposit and no deposit terms (see screenshots) where it says no deposit bonuses players don't need to deposit. When I tried playong I had no available funds so I contacted support. They informed me that I need to make a deposit to release the bonus funds. Even with support help and reading the bonus terms I don't believe I should have to make a deposit or am I missing something?

We've got the clarification regarding your case. Poker bonuses are completely different from Casino bonuses. The "no deposit bonuses" works exactly as "deposit bonuses". You need to have an existing balance or to make a deposit to be able to release the bonus by earning the points. so you need to play real money games first. Your bonus is locked, and if you want to unlock you need start playing real money.
