I tried to login to my account tonight at Sloto Cash. I received an error message and contacted live chat. Well, 4 chat people, Sasha, Carl, Paul, and Ella could not help me; therefore my post here. I don't know what to do at this point?
Sasha, the person listed above was supposed to change my email address for me. I'm not sure that was done because when I chatted with Paul, he said they still had my old email address. So, I don't know what's going on and/or what I should do?
Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

It seems you have been using an invalid password to try and log into the account.
If you go to 'instant play' > 'Lost your password?' you can enter your username and get a new one sent to you via email.
Please can you PM me the email address that you wanted on your account (so I can check if it was updated)?
