Hi all, so as of the 22nd July, i contact betswagger and admitted i had a serious gambling problem and they knew, so they said they were permanently banning my account and that i would never be able to bet there again, (I have email proof) yet recently stupidly i tried logging in on the off chance, and yeah well, i ended up depositing and losing 800 pounds, i feel as if they're very much responsible and liable for this based off the facts and that they knew i had a problem, they surely have gone against all responsibile gambling and player protection, i have contacted the curacao e-gaming commison who license them, but betswagger just seem to keep going around in cirlces, do i have a leg to stand on here, how do i go about this in the best way possible please?

They shouldn't have let you log in since you asked them to block your account.
Unfortunately, we can't get in touch with them since they do not want to assist us in sorting players' complaints. We were trying to help our members but we can't do it without their assistance. We received lots of complaints from our members where casino didn't care about their players

Sfortunatamente non possiamo metterci in contatto con loro poiché non vogliono aiutarci a risolvere i reclami dei giocatori. Stavamo cercando di aiutare i nostri membri ma non possiamo farlo senza il loro aiuto. Abbiamo ricevuto molti reclami dai nostri membri riguardo al fatto che i casinò non si preoccupavano dei loro giocatori

That really pisses me of you know ... They should cooperate and try to solve problems and issues ... Not willing makes them look so bad!!!

You are right. We did work with them in the past but then they decided not to provide assistance anymore. There are lots of complaints and it seems they don't care. We tried our best but unfortunately, we can't force them to answer our emails and help their players.

Hai ragione. Abbiamo lavorato con loro in passato ma poi hanno deciso di non fornire più assistenza. Ci sono molte lamentele e sembra che a loro non importi. Abbiamo fatto del nostro meglio ma sfortunatamente non possiamo costringerli a rispondere alle nostre e-mail e ad aiutare i loro giocatori.
