Ich hatte da früher schon einen account gilt das angebot auch für mich? bzw muss man sich jetzt wieder neu registrieren oder sind die alten accounts wieder offen?

das kann ich dir leider nicht beantworten da ich selbst vor dem DE ausschluß keinen Acc dort hatte...
versuche dich einfach mal mit deinen alten login daten dort anzumelden und wenn du im system nicht gefunden wirst wäre es bestimmt auch in Ordnung wenn du dir ein neuen Account erstellst...
sollte dann ja eigentlich nicht als Multiacc gelten wenn dein bzw alle alten deutschen Acc's damals gelöscht wurden wegen dem Bann

Sfortunatamente non posso risponderti perché non avevo un account lì prima dell'esclusione DE...
Prova semplicemente ad accedere lì con i tuoi vecchi dettagli di accesso e se non riesci a essere trovato nel sistema probabilmente andrebbe bene se crei un nuovo account...
In realtà non dovrebbe contare come multiacc se il tuo o tutti i vecchi acc tedeschi sono stati cancellati a causa del divieto

Unfortunately I can't answer that for you because I didn't have an account there before the DE exclusion...
Just try to log in there with your old login details and if you can't be found in the system it would probably be okay if you create a new account...
Shouldn't actually count as multiacc if your or all old German acc's were deleted because of the ban
