Hi all,
A few weeks ago, i started working out, a little bit to start with, because.....well i am hitting 40 almost and spending most of my working days behind the PC, ya know........let's say my body needs it.......but enough about that.
My wife was laughing at me the last couple of weeks when i came home from the gym and every little bone in my body was hurting......
But the last few days she was kinda wondering if she maybe could use some exercise too, and then it happened................lol
Together with a friend she went to Zumba dancing class, and she was totally wasted just now when she came in...............
As i said, my wife was making fun of me trying to get back into shape a bit, but to see her come in the house just now totally broken down by this zumba, was really funny.......i thought i had seen it all.......................LOL
But at least we will be fit....................or dead 
in a few months............

Come ho detto, mia moglie si stava prendendo gioco di me mentre cercavo di rimettermi un po' in forma, ma vederla entrare in casa proprio adesso completamente distrutta da questa zumba, è stato davvero divertente... pensavo di avevo visto tutto....................LOL
Ma almeno saremo in forma... o morti tra pochi mesi............

Zumba is tough! I can understand why your wife was aching so much. You need a really strong heart to do that kind of exercise. I feel knackered just watching it too.
I can understand why you would be giggling about it though Johan.
blueZumba è dura! Posso capire perché tua moglie soffrisse così tanto. Hai bisogno di un cuore davvero forte per fare questo tipo di esercizio. Anch'io mi sento distrutto solo a guardarlo.
Posso capire perché dovresti ridacchiare a riguardo, Johan.

but I don't like dancing. Exercising is important but it's more important to enjoy it.
You'll see in couple of months, it will be easy peasy. Sono una specie di maniaco del fitness
ma non mi piace ballare. Fare esercizio è importante ma è ancora più importante divertirsi.
Vedrai tra un paio di mesi, sarà facilissimo. -

I love dancing and yes Zumba is one of the exhilerating and high impact ones.. it is alot of fun though, once you get through the first "aches" of gym fitness you'll be proud of yourself looking so good!
Adoro ballare e sì, Zumba è una di quelle esilaranti e ad alto impatto... è molto divertente però, una volta superati i primi "dolori" della forma fisica in palestra sarai orgoglioso di te stesso così bello!
