So we have this really tall (about 5 feet now) cactus that seemed to appear out of now where in the front of our house. From what I'm told they only show up or grow every 10 years and it means you're going to have lots of luck. The landlords said the 20 years they lived here they never saw it and this is the first year we've lived in this house.

How fast does a cactus grow anyways? Five feet seems large to me, will it get alot bigger?

I never heard of that either, living in Vegas.. cactus seems to be what alot of people choose for landscaping. Mostly the flat shrubbery kind with the long needles (pain in the foot lol) i got a few. I love that commercial "Don't Touch the Shaqtus"Sono molto interessato a vedere il tuo cactus e che storia molto bella da leggere!!
Nemmeno io ne ho mai sentito parlare, vivendo a Las Vegas... il cactus sembra essere ciò che molte persone scelgono per il paesaggio. Per lo più il tipo ad arbusti piatti con gli aghi lunghi (dolore al piede lol) ne ho presi alcuni. Adoro quella pubblicità "Don't Touch the Shaqtus" -

Wow...that is a some awesome looking cactus...
Just moved to the area full of cactus and wind dust(desert), I really miss my old home where there is plenty of views of flowers, trees, oceans everywhere...I don't think I will ever enjoy this dry place...
Tried to make at home, I planted so many flowers and vegetables but I doubt they will grow good...just trying for a miracle I guess...Wow... è un cactus davvero fantastico...
Mi sono appena trasferito in un'area piena di cactus e polvere di vento (deserto), mi manca davvero la mia vecchia casa dove ci sono moltissime viste di fiori, alberi, oceani ovunque... non credo che mi godrò mai questo posto arido. ..
Ho provato a farlo in casa, ho piantato tanti fiori e verdure ma dubito che cresceranno bene... sto solo cercando un miracolo, immagino... -
