Globalstars zit op Curaçao, maar richt zich op Nederlandse internetters die bijvoorbeeld bingo, roulette of een loterij willen spelen.
Voor het aanbieden van onlinekansspelen kan op dit moment nog geen vergunning worden aangevraagd. Er wordt wel gewerkt aan een wet die dat mogelijk maakt. Tot die tijd is het aanbieden van gokspelletjes op internet in ons land verboden.
