Hallo allemaal..
Vorige week donderdag heb ik op 21.com 280 euro uit laten betalen via I-deal, maar nog steeds niets gekregen gekregen.
Als ik nu inlog, krijg ik alle tekst op de website in het Chinees/Japans te zien 'mcvn ipv in het Engels.
Wanneer ik naar de helpdesk/livechat ga, en de instellingen van mijn te typen bericht naar Engels probeer te zetten, sluit de gehele website af. Dit doet hij overigens ook als ik hem verander in het Chinees of Noors.
Is er iemand die mij meer kan vertellen?
Oplichters? Website problemen?

Giovedì scorso mi sono stati pagati 280 euro tramite I-deal su 21.com, ma non ho ancora ricevuto nulla.
Quando accedo adesso, vedo tutto il testo sul sito web in cinese/giapponese "mcvn" invece che in inglese.
Quando vado all'helpdesk/alla live chat e provo a modificare le impostazioni del mio messaggio di digitazione in inglese, l'intero sito web si spegne. Lo fa anche quando lo cambio in cinese o norvegese.
C'è qualcuno che può dirmi di più?
Truffatori? Problemi con il sito web?
