After auditing the player's account. it has been noticed that the player was abusing the bonus & for this the following term had been applied. The same has been informed to the player via email.
Bonus term: 1.23. We reserve the right to audit your game play/transaction logs. You hereby consent in advance for us to do so. If, after an audit, it transpires that you participated, or attempted to participate, in a manipulative game strategy to take advantage from the bonus being rewarded to you from the casino, we hold the right to deny, withhold, revoke or withdraw your entitlement to any promotion, winnings or bonus, or terminate your association with our website and/or block your account. In such circumstances, we shall be under no obligation to refund any funds that may be in your account other than your original deposit amounts.Unfortunately, with that being said we will close this complaint and mark it as Resolved.

I haven't participated in a manipulative game strategy. I am obviously playing to win but Ive not manipulated anything, I simply played slots, keeping my bet size under the max bet. I haven't broken any terms so I don't understand how they have come to this conclusion.
Non ho partecipato ad una strategia di gioco manipolativa. Ovviamente sto giocando per vincere ma non ho manipolato nulla, ho semplicemente giocato alle slot, mantenendo l'importo della scommessa al di sotto della scommessa massima. Non ho infranto alcun termine, quindi non capisco come siano arrivati a questa conclusione.
