I was deposit this site and play 20E sportsbook bonus.
the terms are:
2) Wagering requirement for deposit money х8 , for bonus money x15 (if you deposited $20 and have received a $20 bonus, before withdrawing the funds you need to place bets with the bonus amount of $300 ($20 x 15) and only after that with deposit amount of $160 ($20 x 8) Totally you should place bets on $300 +$160 = $460);
7) The maximum winning amount of your bonus equals your bonus amount multiplies five times. For example, if you make a 100 € deposit and get 100 € bonus, you maximum winning will be 500 €. After wagering the bonus, which amount is above of this maximum, will be written off with the on-balance.
As you see I need to place bets 460 then they capped the winnings 100.
I was place bets 475:
then I place some bets before I withdraw:
Then I start a withdrawal request.
They cancel my withdrawal request and send me 75 EURO.
I ask them email, why 75 but no reply till 2 weeks.
I ask live chat, they say I need to send email.
Then I can speak an agent who say:
They say I need to be to do this "officially" I need to send email, and one day and they will be reply.
... Another 4 days and nothing.....
I ask them today on chat, and they say Everithing is OK, I got 75 and thats all I have.
I say again they dont know tehm own rules, and somebody calculate me why 75?
They say BECOUSE....
So STAY AWAY them!!! They cannot sum 18 bets, and calculate the winnings... And the support are HORRIBLE!!!!!

Quindi avvio una richiesta di prelievo.
Annullano la mia richiesta di prelievo e mi inviano 75 EURO.
Chiedo loro un'e-mail, perché 75 ma nessuna risposta fino a 2 settimane.
Chiedo la chat dal vivo, dicono che devo inviare e-mail.
Quindi posso parlare con un agente che dice:
Dicono che devo farlo "ufficialmente", devo inviare un'e-mail e un giorno riceveranno risposta.
... Altri 4 giorni e niente.....
Glielo chiedo oggi in chat e dicono che va tutto bene, ne ho 75 e questo è tutto quello che ho.
Ripeto che non conoscono le proprie regole, e qualcuno mi calcola perché 75?
Dicono PERCHÉ....
Quindi STATE LONTANI da loro!!! Non possono sommare 18 scommesse e calcolare le vincite... E il supporto è ORRIBILE!!!!!
