28.9. The maximum winnings that can be cashed from all bonus offers are $50, €50 or the equivalent amount in your account currency, the remaining amount will be deducted from the balance. All specific amounts can be requested by contacting customer services department.
Since the jackpot win occurred while playing with an active bonus, the casino was entitled to rely on these Terms & Conditions in relation to your case. Based on this, it does not appear that there is much we can do to further pursue the matter at this stage.
That said, we will still contact the casino representative to request their official clarification and will update this thread as soon as we receive feedback.
