Good afternoon, everyone,
I would like to share my experience with Del Oro, I mean, I had nothing to say about them until what happened to me on August 28th!
On August 27th, by sheer luck in the game Crazy Time, I won a prize of 44 thousand euros, and after that win, I kept trying my luck until I totaled 57 thousand euros.
On August 28th, around 1:28 AM, I made a withdrawal that I never thot would be the last, and I withdrew 5,000 euros, leaving me with a balance of 52,720 at the casino.
That same day at around 6 in the morning, I try to log into my account and receive a message that the email or password was incorrect. I try again and still can't log in!
I went to talk to the chat operator, who was JULIANA LIMA, and she told me that my account was active and without problems. I told her again that I couldn't log into the account, and she said to change the password and if I couldn't, she would change it manually herself. Well, I requested the password recovery around 6:50 AM and at 6:52 AM I received the confirmation code to change it.
I proceed to change the password, try to log in again, but I receive a message saying that due to multiple attempts, the account was temporarily locked and to try again in 10 minutes.
Well, after waiting all this time, I finally managed to log in, but to my astonishment, the account was at zero. I panicked and immediately went to talk to JULIANA LIMA, who greeted me in the chat saying:
She managed to get in, and I started explaining the situation, and she kept saying that it was me who had played the game I always played, Roulette Evolution, and after a lot of conversation, she insinuated that it was someone from my house.
Conclusion:
They accessed my account and made the moves as if I were the one playing.
The issue is that I have records showing I was in the chat saying I couldn't log into my account, I have the email from when I received the recovery code, and after a long struggle, one of their employes who communicates with me via Telegram sent me the IP and the device I used to play, which do not match mine.
I filed a complaint with other sites but they dismissed it, which leads me to believe that they have no interest in investigating!
I spoke with LSB and from what they told me, they tried to get in touch with them but got no response!
At this moment, I opened another complaint with another mediator, let's see.....
So I'm posting here to show you what happened to me.
I can prove everything, including the device, at the time I was in the chat with them.
Buon pomeriggio a tutti,
