What bonuses are available or not available to one player or another is determined by the system, it is automatic and dictated by an algorithm. Unfortunately there really isn't anything we can do to assist here, if you are looking for deposit bonuses (or even some free play) there is generally something available to you (ask your CS rep!) but it may not be the exact bonus you are looking for. What I can say is this is not permanent, the system reviews and updates these things often. If you continue to deposit and play normally Mamba626 you should be back to playing the bonuses you are "missing" soon enough!

So I played a slot tournament a few weeks ago and came in first place, but never received my winnings. I emailed support as there was no life chat option available and only received automated email back with a case number that said that they would respond within 72 hours that was a few weeks ago and I still have not heard from them.
