Hey Renee my documents were accepted now they are asking for a card that I don't have anymore due to me getting my wallet stolen in February and having to get a replacement card I have attached a document showing I switched cards but they still asked for a picture of the card so I'm not sure if they didn't see the attached file

Never filed a police report as I wasent sure if I had just misplaced it or it was stolen but I have proof of replacing the card so hopefully that's sufficient because I'm not sure what else I could do in this case

The payout percentages are an average. If you always play your balance down to 0, you are pulling the average closer to 0. People who withdraw once they have won more than what they have deposited are the players who pull the average up. I'm sure you're aware how averages work.
If I deposit $100 and withdraw $50, my session RTP would be 50%. If I deposit $100 and withdraw $150, my session RTP would be 150%. The combined RTP of these 2 players is 100%.
RTP = return to player.
RTP is not calculated per player - it is calculated on millions upon millions of spins across many players. The more you personally play, the closer to the advertised RTP you will be. However, 100 spins is not enough to say the RTP is not accurate, since as mentioned, the RTP is an average of milions of spins across many players. If you look at the page I provided, you can see how the RTP at our brands will affect your individual sessions compared to lower RTP at other brands.

You're casino is confused. Returns to players is not the same as spin win rate.

Il tuo casinò è confuso. Il ritorno al giocatore non è la stessa cosa della percentuale di vincita per giro.
