From the screenshots it looks like you lost connection to the game server. It might be for a number of reasons, it could be that WMS game server became unresponsive, or maybe your antivirus/firewall is buggy if you're using one, could be some kind of bug in the game, or maybe you just had a temporary loss of internet connection.
Have you tried to speak with betfair support and show them your issue? When it comes to betfair and WMS games, betfair indeed has no control over the slots and they are hosted on Scientific Games server (the owner of WMS), but betfair could contact and discuss it with SG and investigate the problem for you

i have this problem with almost all Yggdrasil slots, when upping it to a quite high bet, freespins/bonuses every 30-50 spins...then this kind of error and my slot is dead, since im betting higher cause it runs good, you resume this , ending up with a dead slot which just go to zero....might even be the casino operator/provider was my thinking couple of times, handling the "volume button" might als be the cryptocoin crackers/crawlers.. or how do you call m, thats massive also noways, theyre more places than google cryptocrunching
