gestern hatte ich bei Magicred 25€ eingezahlt da ich ein wenig zocken wollte.
Nach kurzer zeit bemerkte ich dann das ich einen Bonus in höhe von 50€ bekommen habe.
Natürlich wollte ich diesen erstmal Stornieren.
Wie es kommen sollte war der Kundendienst um 0:30 Uhr nicht mehr verfügbar.
Also dachte ich mir nix und spiele erstmal, normalerweise ist das ja so das man ZUERST mit dem ECHTGELD spielt.
Also so kenne ich das von den meisten Online Casinos.
Also spielte und und Passte auf das ich nicht in den Bonus rutschte.
Und wie es kommen sollte gewann ich in den ersten 25€ einen Betrag von 500€.
Dies wollte ich mir dann natürlich auszahlen lassen und dann sehe ich es.
eine Auszahlung ist nicht möglich erst nachdem ich den Bonus 35mal umgesetzt habe.
Also warteteich bis zum nächsten Tag und informierte den Kundendienst über meine Tragödie.
Leider war dieser nicht wirklich kompetent und das einzige was dieser ständig sagte "Sie haben den Bonus bereits verwendet".
Er kann mir den Bonus entfernen was aber auch heißt das mein ganzer Gewinn weg ist und nur 25€ überbleiben, was meiner einzahlung entspricht.
Außerdem steht in meinem Konto das ich einen Echtgeldbetrag von 389€ habe. und der Bonus sich auf 50,20€ beläuft.
Also sollte der Bonus nur storniert werden, was aber dem Kundendienst nicht möglich ist.
In meinen Augen ist das reinste verarsche.

Bei diesem Casino "Magicred" wird dir einfach ein Bonus gutgeschrieben den du gar nicht auswählen kannst.
Das passiert alles Automatisch.
Der Kundensupport geht nicht auf deine Fragen ein.
Die Auszahlung mit dem Bonus ist nur Möglich wenn der Betrag 35x umgesetzt wurde.
Meiner meinung nach ist das eine reine Verarsche.

Dopo poco tempo ho notato che avevo ricevuto un bonus di 50€.
