Yeah, but.... these domains all end in .com and most of the US facing casinos are now .eu, so this would seem to be an empty seizure of domain names with no active casino attached...

$. If u live there u can't play anyway cuz of Kentucky laws and the company's know that. What are they getting out of this? Nothing. Che spreco di contribuenti

Jackpotcapitalcasino.com has no eu nor does a lot of other casinos on their list. They would be lucky if they got off easy by only having to change domain name. The poker sites doj took down were removed from that list. They listed about 132 sites that are all breaking u.s. law and continue to do it. I hope the gov't goes after all of them.
This started back in 2008 and when they went to court, only 9 websites had representation from attorneys. Also, the company owners did'nt show but rather sent a representative. This time, they want the company owner to show up. If so, a lot. Of these .com websites will be gone.
Jackpotcapitalcasino.com non ha l'Unione Europea né molti altri casinò nella sua lista. Sarebbero fortunati se riuscissero a cavarsela facilmente, dovendo solo cambiare il nome di dominio. I did notice that ClubUSACasino is on there, that is the Club World casino. Inetbet is on there also. Slotocash too, none of those have the .eu endings. It is going to be interesting to see what happens.

Be careful with these casinos that have .com (eg clubworld, jackpot capital.inet, etc). I doubt they'll have legal team show up in court and domains could be shut down. Funds could get confiscated and that means a lot of hassles getting money ou of there.
Fai attenzione ai casinò che hanno .com (ad esempio clubworld, jackpot capital.inet, ecc.). Dubito che faranno comparire un team legale in tribunale e che i domini potrebbero essere chiusi. I fondi potrebbero essere confiscati e questo significa molti problemi per portare i soldi da lì.
