On 5/28/11 I requested a withdrawal from Cats Eye Casino. Today is 6/20/11 and I have still heard NOTHING from the casino. 4 days ago I sent an email to help@catseyecasino.com to see what the status was. Despite the fact that their website indicates you will receive a response in 48 hours, it's been almost 96 hours and I've had no response at all. Today I sent an email to payments@catseyecasino.com. I also tried live chat and the person I was speaking with said he couldn't help me because their accounting department was closed. He told me to send an email to payments@catseyecasino.com and they will respond within 24 hours. I'm just wondering if anyone else in the US is experiencing similar problems. I feel like I am being avoided....

Now for CatsEye Casino... they are part of the Virtual Group which includes casino's like Prism and others... they are mostly rogue and the casinos in that group carry a warning as follows (just insert CatsEye where it says Prism):

That of course is not an excuse for their long and delayed payments. They do pay eventually if the player meets all the terms and conditions. Please note that if player breaches even the slightest rules, they can expect winnings to be voided. Its up to the players discretion to decide whether to play here or not. So, the delay tactics they are using with you are standard operating procedures for them. Be persistent with them and you will eventually get paid (if they can't find some reason to not pay you first!)
