Monster Hunt, Platinum Lightning, and Wild Moon Thieves were next ones in line, followed by Mice & Magic Wonder Spin, which was once again, marked with multiple wins, the biggest one of which amounted to $103.00.
Withdrawal, KYC & Customer Support
Reaching the minimum withdrawable sum the tester decided to make a cashout request of $50 via Bitcoin. Based on the information in the cashier, the minimum for withdrawal is $20, and the maximum permitted to cash out is $10.000. No processing fee is charged.
A confirmation mail that the request was received arrived, but with an unusual request. The tester was advised to switch to Litecoin instead of Bitcoin, because, as the mail noted, delays may be expected when processing smaller Bitcoin amounts. The reason for that, as stated, is network congestion.
Not wanting to switch to another cryptocurrency, the tester decided to verify his identity by sending documents via mail. He provided an image of his passport, a selfie with the ID, utility bill, and a screenshot of his deposit.
On March 23, 2025, an e-mail arrived to inform the tester that his cashout request was rejected, without any explanation for the reason. On the very same day, and the next three as well, he inquired about the reason for the denied withdrawal but received no response.
After inquiring once again on March 27, 2025, the tester finally got the response that the request was rejected due to no action being taken in the meantime.
He was once again asked to switch to Litecoin, which he didn’t want to. A day later, he was informed that the casino could not process a Bitcoin withdrawal request for the specified amount, adding that the amount would be removed from his account once again.
The tester sought clarification on this, but the casino failed to provide it. Instead, the support requested the tester to proceed with the withdrawal request, promising to process it rapidly.
Realizing that there was no point in insisting further, the tester made a withdrawal request of $50 via Litecoin on March 28, 2025. As promised, the casino processed it instantly and the tester received $49.87 on the same day.
As far as indicated in the Terms, if a mandatory wagering of a time the deposit amount is not met, a fee will be charged on a cashout.
A player can withdraw a maximum of $10,000 per day and $40,000 per week.
Only one instant payout per day is permitted, but there has to be at least a 24-hour difference between 2 requests.
ID verification is not required unless a player wishes to withdraw winnings from a no deposit bonus, in which case a verification deposit of $10 is needed as well.
A verification deposit is needed when cashing out winnings from a new sign-up bonus.
Conclusion
Why the tester couldn’t request a Bitcoin withdrawal when the sum was in line with what’s determined by RitzSlots Casino remains a mystery. Luckily, the Litecoin transaction was, as promised, processed rapidly.
Customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful, making overall impressions even more negative. Yes, the tester did withdraw in the end, but his journey was nowhere near smooth.
