Deposit
The testers at first wanted to deposit USD 200 via Visa but an error prevented him from doing so. Having communicated with the support department, the tester was advised to check the card number. He checked it and attempted to deposit again, but without success.
The agent then suggested that he use an alternative method, so he eventually managed to fund the account with USD 200 in Litecoin.
The deposited sum amounted to 2.19926116 LTC, from which a fee of 0.00001881 LTC was taken, leaving the tester with 2.19924235 LTC/ EUR 194.47. An e-mail from the casino arrived as well, confirming that the tester received EUR 197.58.
To deposit, players can use a variety of methods such as VISA, MasterCard, Zelle, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Tether, Ethereum, and a couple of others. For most payment options, the minimum deposit amount is $25, but it differs based on the method selected. Supported currencies include $, €, Rand, or £.
Gameplay
Honey Hive XL was the tester’s first port of call followed by Blazin’ Buffalo Extreme Hold & Win, Golden Gorilla, and Dawn of El Dorado. Flea Market, Gnome Sweet Home, and Mandarin Tiger.
He then played Firestorm 7 slot, which brought him a EUR 75 win, and then checked out Red, White & Bleu. During Leonardo’s Loot, he landed a EUR 100 win, after which he explored Vegas Velocity and Scary Rich 2.
He returned to play some more games two days later, such as Win Mill and Forbidden Treasures.
Withdrawal, KYC & Customer Support
Upon accessing the cashier the tester made a withdrawal request of USD 340 in Bitcoin on May 25, 2025.
Three days went by without the request getting processed, so the tester turned to live chat. He was asked to submit his Bitcoin wallet address and promised to have the request processed in 24 hours.
The agent also asked him to verify his identity by providing a photo identity proof and a utility bill in response to the mail he had received in the meantime. The agent confirmed that the casino received the required documents.
Two more days went by without any progress regarding the status of the request, so the tester once again reached out to the live chat support sector. This time, he was offered a 200% reversal bonus with an unlimited cashout.
Not interested in claiming this offer, he decided to continue waiting. He was once again asked to provide his BTC wallet address, but on a phone number posted in the chat. The tester insisted on having already submitted it, after which the live chat agent went silent.
A day later, the tester decided to post a complaint on LCB and seek further help with his delayed withdrawal request. Finally, after a lengthy period of silence, the tester received 0.00317148 BTC via CoinMotion on June 25, 2025.

Withdrawals that exceed $2,500 will be divided into installments.
Mandatory wagering is set at 1x the deposit amount.

Having eventually gotten the requested withdrawal amount, the tester encountered one more unpleasant surprise- Lucky Owl Club Casino locked his account.
Conclusion
This time, the tester at least got his money, but…
A month-long wait for Bitcoin withdrawal, unresponsive and unhelpful customer support, a locked account, plus the absence of a license altogether confirm that Lucky Owl Club Casino is definitely not worth anyone’s time and money. Not even a 200% reversal bonus with an unlimited cashout would make up for all these red flags.

Nemmeno un bonus di inversione del 200% con prelievo illimitato potrebbe compensare tutti questi campanelli d'allarme.
