    It usually takes 7 to 10 business days for a withdrawal to be approved if all the documents are in place (in your case they are) so your withdrawal should be approved this week.

    I don't want to promise yet because there are some details to finalize, but it looks like withdrawal requests from the week of March 1st will be approved at the end of this week or next week at the latest.

    The largest bulk of withdrawals pending are from the beginning of March so once these and the ones from the following week are approved, it seems the casinos will soon have the process back to normal with 7 to 10 business days for approval.  I'm sorry your requests are from one of the two weeks that have been delayed the most.

    Large withdrawals need to be sent in installments and they are sent leaving some time in between for a number of reasons, security being one of them.

    Your first two installments were already approved and sent to your QuickTender account.  The last one as you mentioned is pending and should've been approved by now, it is however delayed; I will check on it and make sure it's approved as soon as possible.

    There have been some delays lately but the casino is almost up to date now, so hopefully it will take the standard time: 7 to 10 business days for the withdrawal to be approved and 7 to 10 business days for funds to be sent to your NETeller account.

  • Hi Canes,

    The largest bulk of withdrawals pending are from the first two weeks of March.  The Withdrawal department has been approving withdrawals from March 1 to 7 this week and your withdrawal was actually approved earlier today.

    I'm not sure if you've seen my posts but basically in February there was an unusually high amount of withdrawals requests and it delayed the whole process.  Once the week of March 8 to 14 is approved the process will go back to normal with 7 to 10 business days for approval.

    I'm truly sorry your request was from one of the two weeks that have been delayed the most.  I'll keep an eye on it to make sure funds are sent to you as soon as possible.

    Your withdrawal works a little different because it's Click2Pay so it's not sent by our third party processors, but instead it is paid directly from our casino software.

    To us it was considered approved several days ago and earlier today it was approved in the software and therefore sent to your C2P account.

    This is about a party city withdrawal.
    I first requested on March 21th. It was falsely declined 2 times, getting me back and forth about how I should withdraw and which is the best method.
    Finally it was approved on 19th of April, but ever since I keep hearing in the onine chat and emails from withdrawals@partycitycasino.com, that I will receive my money on my neteller at the end of this week, when it is Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and that I will receive them by mid of next week if I contact them on Thursday or Friday.
    I have over 15 emails stating expected days of withdrawals that were not true.
    It has been now 2 months since my first withdrawal request, which was declined due to the wrong info I received from online support and 1 month since my withdrawal request was approved and I am still counting the days

    They will take 60 dollars for that over night check, and no matter what is said your will still be waiting for atleast 5 to 7 days for it. You will get the same line everyone gets, be patient they will eventually pay you. BUT STAY ON THEM!!!!

    Regarding LH's post, once I am asked to help you can feel confident on what I'm saying, please don't feel like you need to contact Customer Service any further, it's not necessary.  Also, fees deducted vary depending on the amount sent and the processor, $60 is a fee deducted usually for amounts sent higher than yours.
