  • Even after I was told they do not mail checks to USA customers, and after explaining untill they possibly change this policy I ca't play there....I still keep recieving promotional emails to deposit...customer service seems to not want to listen to the problems, just get a deposit.


    Hi Zuga, I have since found out thecasino wil not send checks for winnings. I was ready to deposit so I could play the 125.00 which was max win abount on the bonus offer, as real money, BUT then was told by support USA customers can ONLY use ewallet....I liked their games, but I use a prepaid credit card to deposit, and do not have a bank account, so I have no options if I were to win at Rocbet. I will have to stick to my other casinos who do send checks in the mail for winnings. If any USA customers have this same issue, silver dollar, vip slots, english harbour, golden casino, go casino, onlinevegas, super slots all send checks. i just hate all the time I spent playing to find out there is no way to collect winnings.......maybe this will save someone else some time too....BUT support said they will advise me if in the future Rockbet adds payout methods, so maybe some day
