Mkhitaryan and Salah I can understand, but how a manager can let De Bruyne go is something I can't believe, that guy is one of the best midfielders ever.

Mikel Arteta would be my choice, he was a very intelligent player and I am sure he will become a great manager. Moreover, he understand what a club like Arsenal means and he has probably learned a thing or two from Guardiola while being his assistant at Man City.
