If someone is warned the warning has no time limit. For example the user can not rate or comment on any casino for ever. I suggest to add some time limit. For example ban from that kind of rate/comment for a month or so.

I can't think of any reason, where a member has been banned from posting comments, that a month limit would be acceptable. All the reasons for banning are highly unlikely to be improved upon or, a limit is just not appropriate in the circumstances.

Let suppose the following situation: a member has many good posts, reviews but one review is somewhat weird. The admin checks it and the user is banned (with no time limit) from any further rating/review because the admin feels that the comment was made with some translator.
For example if a user is banned and there is time limit. After time limit you can check more deeply the users new reviews and if those are OK than there is no need for further ban.

This situation wouldn't arise as one bad review from several good ones wouldn't lead to a ban. A warning would be sent first unless someone posted stolen content of course.
