Fórum posts and replies could be sorted from newest to oldest by default? Put last post/reply in 1st page and 1st One in last page?

Different forums sort new posts and topics differently. It is sorted either by showing the first unread post at the top, or first unread post at the bottom ( like in LCB case ).
Our forum ( even when we were using old SMF software ) was always sorting forum posts the way it is now. Also any tweaks to the way we sort the new posts would require great deal of customization of the current forum and is somehting we really don't want to and think there is no need to tackle and change atm.
The "last unread post" option is meant to take you to the latest reply of that topic. You either click on that or if you want to read from the beginning then simply click on the main topic URL.

Forum diversi ordinano i nuovi post e gli argomenti in modo diverso. Viene ordinato mostrando il primo post non letto in alto o il primo post non letto in basso (come nel caso LCB).
Il nostro forum (anche quando utilizzavamo il vecchio software SMF) ordinava sempre i post del forum come avviene adesso. Inoltre, qualsiasi modifica al modo in cui ordiniamo i nuovi post richiederebbe una grande personalizzazione del forum attuale ed è qualcosa che davvero non vogliamo e pensiamo che non sia necessario affrontare e cambiare l'atm.
L'opzione " ultimo post non letto " ha lo scopo di portarti all'ultima risposta di quell'argomento. Puoi fare clic su di esso oppure, se desideri leggere dall'inizio, fai semplicemente clic sull'URL dell'argomento principale.

I am new here, I've been getting through the site pretty decently but I don't understand why the first post you see are from 2017 and 7 years ago and why isn't that stuff deleted anything after 90 days should be gone, wasting a lot of space
Sono nuovo qui, ho navigato abbastanza bene nel sito ma non capisco perché il primo post che vedi è del 2017 e 7 anni fa e perché quella roba non viene cancellata, qualcosa dopo 90 giorni dovrebbe essere sparito, sprecando molto spazio

yes this is a must, when I first got on here I was like why is this 7 yrs old coming up later noticed it was getting newer as I went down the list 5 mins later I got to the recent posts

Thanks for your suggestion but please note that we don't delete our members' comments and posts no matter when they are posted and when the topics have been created. It's good sometimes to get back to the past and see how things looked then.

Grazie per il tuo suggerimento, ma tieni presente che non eliminiamo i commenti e i post dei nostri membri, indipendentemente da quando vengono pubblicati e quando gli argomenti sono stati creati. A volte è bello tornare al passato e vedere come apparivano le cose allora.
