I was just playing a cheapy sitngo at Bet365 Poker and the game paused. The next thing, the table closed. Fortunately, i had the table lobby open which gave me the tourney number and I headed over to live chat to find out what was wrong and what would happen to my buyin.
They have technical issues apparently and will pay out (if the error was at their end) by chip count. Fortunately for me, I knocked someone out on the 2nd hand.

Anyone else been a "victim" of their technical problems?
Stavo giocando a un sitngo economico su Bet365 Poker e il gioco si è interrotto. La cosa successiva, il tavolo si chiuse. Fortunatamente, avevo la lobby del tavolo aperta che mi ha dato il numero del torneo e sono andato alla chat dal vivo per scoprire cosa c'era che non andava e cosa sarebbe successo al mio buy-in.
Apparentemente hanno problemi tecnici e pagheranno (se l'errore è stato commesso da loro) in base al conteggio dei chip. Fortunatamente per me, ho eliminato qualcuno alla seconda mano.
Ho fatto uno screenshot per ogni evenienza.
Qualcun altro è stato "vittima" dei loro problemi tecnici?
