I think it goes on a lot more than we know. I admire your stance when coachng and yes, I think your play with a coach could be looked on as cheating although only on a "technical" level. Your intentions were not to cheat.
As for Full Tilt funding players to take money from high stakes players, I don't know whether to believe that or not - I guess it's easy for them (FT) to do it but whether it actually has happened, I can't say. Pros that have left FT after Black Friday could have just made it up but then again, why would they make it up, they have nothing to gan from it.
Interesting subject but I'd like to see more evidence.
Penso che accada molto più di quanto sappiamo. Ammiro il tuo atteggiamento quando alleni e sì, penso che il tuo gioco con un allenatore possa essere visto come un imbroglio, anche se solo a livello "tecnico". Le tue intenzioni non erano quelle di imbrogliare.
Per quanto riguarda i finanziamenti di Full Tilt ai giocatori per prendere soldi dai giocatori high stakes, non so se crederci o no - immagino che sia facile per loro (FT) farlo, ma se sia effettivamente successo, non posso dire . I professionisti che hanno lasciato il FT dopo il Black Friday avrebbero potuto inventarsi qualcosa, ma poi, perché dovrebbero inventarsi, non hanno nulla da trarre da ciò.
Argomento interessante ma mi piacerebbe vedere più prove.

I am pretty sure it was Orel Hershiser (former professional baseball player) that I saw on TV. He was playing in one of the big tournaments and there was a guy sitting right behind him. The announcers said that was his coach. So I guess it is not considered cheating? It's like making football picks. You can use all the information you can find to make your picks including getting someone else's opinion. But no one knows the final result until the game is over.
As far as FT funding players, that is scarey. If that is true, what else could they be doing to take money from people? I just don't trust online poker enough to put a lot of my own money into it.

Well, I dont want anyone to feel they are being cheated. I still play online and completely feel safe. I would gather that cheating is a very, very, very small percentage. And mainly at higher stakes.

Beh, non voglio che nessuno si senta ingannato. Gioco ancora online e mi sento completamente al sicuro. Direi che l'imbroglio è una percentuale molto, molto, molto piccola. E soprattutto a quote più alte.

Paradise Poker was one of the first sites I played on too and what a fabulous site that was. Still my all time favourite. There were some amazing USA players on there back in the day.
Paradise Poker è stato anche uno dei primi siti su cui ho giocato ed era un sito favoloso. Ancora il mio preferito in assoluto. C'erano alcuni fantastici giocatori statunitensi lì in passato.
