We just heard back from the casino. Namely, they can't provide us with any personal information about their players. It's against their company's policy. However, they advise you in case you are not satisfied with their final decision to contact the National Betting Authority of Cyprus in order to assist you in filing a complaint.
We did our best to get through to them and find the answers, but now when they can't share the info with us there's little we can do to help you.
