today i sent a BTC deposit to Lakepalace via Coinbase. that went fine. About an hour after that I sent more btc for a second deposit. The transaction completed on my end with no issues. However, something went wrong on their end and my deposit never got there.
They made no effort to correct the situationist acted like it was totally not an issue and I was taking up too much of their time. the only thing I could think to do was send a screen shot that confirmed; time the transaction was made, the amount in bitcoin, the destination address (lakepalace) and the completed status. The mistake is clearly with them and yet they totally blew me off
Not only did they they refuse to make good on the transaction, they had the nerveto suggest i make another deposit with my VISA card. Yeah. I don't think so.

the missing deposit was only $20. they give free chips and spins out everyday and they cant give me my $20?? GARBAGE.
