I have had an account with www.vonbets.com for over a year and made several successful deposits and withdrawals before, but now for almost two weeks I have been unable to submit a withdrawal request and my e-mails are not answered. My account balance is close to 800 €. I took a sportsbook re-deposit bonus on 27.4.2017 and completed the rollover (40 x 25 € bets with minimum of 2.3 odds) on 4.5.2017 after which I placed one more bet. After completing the rollover, I have tried to submit a withdrawal request from www.vonbets.com web site several times, but I always get the following error message: "The withdrawal has failed.".I have tried to contact them about the issue by sending e-mail to support@vonbets.com. I sent four e-mails between 7.5. - 11.5., but I have not received replies to any of my e-mails.

I then tried to submit a withdrawal request for the remaining money and this time the withdrawal request succeeded from their web site. Just a moment ago, I received the money (close to 700 €) to my Skrill account. So, I only lost the recent 100 € bonus, but cannot recommend the casino for their complete lack of customer service.
