Hello, I deposited 20 euros to use the bonus mentionned. I used a paysafecard with a voucher code to deposit, they took money from my paysafe card but the money did not show up in my account. I informed their support and sent them proofs of the payment with a reference number so technically it should be easy to fix but it has been 2 days and nothing is happening. I also informed them about a bonus fund missing last Tuesday from another deposit i made and until now, i haven't heard from them.

Ciao, ho depositato 20 euro per utilizzare il bonus menzionato.
