Hi. I won a free weekly tournament on Sunriseslots.com for $5,000. I had to make 2 separate withdraw requests using the Bitcoin withdraw method. On July 6 2023 I made a withdraw request for $2,500 and $2,400 using bitcoin withdraw. I was told everytime I spoke to a representative (and it was many many times that I spoke to a rep) that their time frames are 7-10 days to approve it and another 7-10 days to process the withdraw. As of now July 26th 2023 (20 days later) they still have not been approved even though my case has been escalated at least 3 times. And today I was told by a rep that they don't have any set time frames and they will get to it when they can and I just have to wait. I asked if once I get approved will I still have to wait another 7-10 days to process it and they basically said it takes as long as it takes. This is ridiculous for so many reasons.
First, my status as a depositing player was demoted and I am no longer able to use any coupons or withdraw using Coindraw. When I asked why I was being punished for depositing and using the UNLIMITED coupons that they offered, I was told that it was the algorithm that makes that decision and that I should just continue depositing without coupons and the system will reinstate those privileges at some point. When I pressed for the reason as to why and what I had done wrong, they finally told me that I was a good enough player to not need the coupons (I was winning more then I was depositing). I then asked how it was possible to be "good" at games that are supposed to be completely random and they had no answer and just said it was the algorithm.
So now the only options I have for withdrawing are wire transfer, check or bitcoin, all of which have double the wait. So I have been waiting and waiting. The approval process should had been quick since what I am trying to withdraw came from the winnings of a free weekly tournament. Please help me!
