I did get a response saying that my account was verified but the problem is when I tried to redeem my winnings it doesn't show any payment methods to claim my winnings.

They responded but they keep saying that my bank account was linked and the transaction was declined. It literally won't let me proceed with the purchase which is a problem I been struggling with. Like I linked my bank but it won't let me continue paying which is quite frustrating.

I am frustrated, they are asking for bank statement again and I did it the first time. I did reach out to them explaining to them why the transaction didn't work on my linked bank account, like I had made a gold coins purchase for $7.99 last week and it didn't show up in my Sofi bank transactions. I have bought a sweeps and gold coins bundle for $9.99 before and I ended up using my Current debit card to purchase it. I wasn't able to link my Current debit card which actually has its own banking app on their website. What sucks is they only do bank transfer but for some odd reason it won't show my Current card account on there. It is like they don't want to pay out which is very challenging.
