I have played on Game Vault through Slots of Fun on Facebook for almost 2 years and I have never had an issue until last Saturday. I sent 4 different deposits (through Cash App) and on the last deposit I won $100. I have been trying to collect my winnings since Saturday to no avail. They did finally refund one of my deposits on Tuesday for $12 but keep saying that they are having issues with payments yet they admitted to paying others. I am devastated. If anyone would ask the one casino that I could refer, it would have been them until this incident. I have had one check to bounce and I missed work on Sunday because I was relying on them to pay me like they have always paid in the past. Is there anything I can do in the situation?
