Greetings all,
I had the opportunity to review your situation Lisa Anderson2963 and unfortunately only one free chip is valid between cash deposit/play sessions. In this case there are several free chips, some even stacked on top of one another (bonus stacking). You would not be eligible for the $100 maximum cashout value of any of these chips I'm afraid. Your deposit of $21 was reimbursed as cash into your casino account and played back into the system so there is nothing I can do here to assist.
Sorry to dissapoint but hopefully this clarifies things. Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the LCB team for review.

Mi dispiace deludervi, ma spero che questo chiarisca le cose. La documentazione di supporto è stata inoltrata al team LCB per la revisione.
