Slotocafe robbed me of my fair winnings not twice but three times! I signed up with the welcome bonus promotion of 33 free spins. I met the playthrough requirements and my balance was adjusted to reflect that with a maximum cash out of $50. At this point, funds in the account are free from any promotional restriction and is technically and legally mine. Makes sense, but according to Slotocafe these funds were subject to the same welcome bonus that had already been cleared . With my balance I tried my luck again and won a sizable amount. When I tried to cash out they adjusted my balance once again down to $50 and pocketed over $800 for themselves!!
Once I realized what kind of operation they were running, I knew I had been scammed and would be lucky to even collect the $50 I was entitled to. I tried to cash out on my withdrawable balance but ran into some more issues, of course. Turns out in order to receive money, I needed to pay them $10 for account verification even though I had submitted all required documents and was already verified?!?
At this point, I wrote off that $10 as an entertainment expense and decided to go ahead and deposit to see what bullshit they could come up with next. To my surprise, my withdrawal request was actually processed though I later found out that was an error on their part and I just got lucky that someone missed a step that pushed my ticket through.
So now there was just the $10 of my personal money I just deposited and tried my luck again and won again! When I go to cash out $250, they decide to tie these winnings to the promotions of the welcome bonus and take it all stating that I can't withdraw money won from the same promo?!?
What they did instead of paying me $250 was put back the $10 that had already been deposited, cleared and played. So now their story is that I used funds that were in my account to win thereby subjecting them to bonus terms in that no withdrawals can be made with bonus funds. When I pointed out that my balance had already been adjusted not once, but twice, they decide to claim my deposit never went through. When I pointed out that my withdrawal request would not have been cleared without that mandatory $10 deposit, they decide to stick to their bullshit claims which make absolute no sense and keep all my money.
They are lying thieves and will rob you of your winnings and fabricate some provision to make it seem like you were in violation of some terms of agreement when in actuality they are pocketing all of your legitmate winnings. Avoid this casino at all cost because they will take you for what your worth but maybe let you keep your original deposits as non-withdrawable credit. Avoid and blacklist Slotocafe!

L'ultima truffa del casinò. Slotocafe mi ha derubato delle mie vincite non due, ma ben tre volte! Mi sono iscritto con la promozione di benvenuto che offriva 33 giri gratuiti. Ho soddisfatto i requisiti di puntata e il mio saldo è stato adeguato di conseguenza, con un prelievo massimo di 50 dollari. A questo punto, i fondi sul conto erano liberi da qualsiasi restrizione promozionale ed erano tecnicamente e legalmente miei. Logico, ma secondo Slotocafe questi fondi erano soggetti allo stesso bonus di benvenuto che era già stato sbloccato. Con il mio saldo ho tentato di nuovo la fortuna e ho vinto una somma considerevole. Quando ho provato a prelevare, hanno nuovamente ridotto il mio saldo a 50 dollari e si sono intascati oltre 800 dollari! Una volta capito che tipo di operazione stavano gestendo, ho capito di essere stato truffato e che sarei stato fortunato anche solo a recuperare i 50 dollari a cui avevo diritto. Ho provato a prelevare il saldo disponibile, ma ovviamente ho incontrato altri problemi. A quanto pare, per ricevere i soldi, dovevo pagare 10 dollari per la verifica dell'account, anche se avevo già inviato tutti i documenti richiesti ed ero già verificato?!? A questo punto, ho considerato quei 10 dollari come una spesa di intrattenimento e ho deciso di procedere con il deposito per vedere quale altra assurdità si sarebbero inventati. Con mia sorpresa, la mia richiesta di prelievo è stata effettivamente elaborata, anche se in seguito ho scoperto che si trattava di un errore da parte loro e che ero stato semplicemente fortunato che qualcuno avesse saltato un passaggio, permettendo così l'elaborazione della mia richiesta. Quindi ora c'erano solo i 10 dollari dei miei soldi personali che avevo appena depositato e con cui avevo tentato di nuovo la fortuna, vincendo di nuovo! Quando sono andato a incassare 250 dollari, hanno deciso di collegare queste vincite alle promozioni del bonus di benvenuto e di prendersi tutto, affermando che non potevo prelevare denaro vinto con la stessa promozione?!? Invece di pagarmi 250 dollari, mi hanno restituito i 10 dollari che erano già stati depositati, accreditati e utilizzati. Quindi ora la loro versione è che ho usato fondi presenti sul mio conto per vincere, sottoponendoli così ai termini del bonus, secondo i quali non è possibile effettuare prelievi con fondi bonus. Quando ho fatto notare che il mio saldo era già stato modificato non una, ma ben due volte, hanno deciso di affermare che il mio deposito non era mai andato a buon fine. Quando ho fatto notare che la mia richiesta di prelievo non sarebbe stata approvata senza quel deposito obbligatorio di 10 dollari, hanno deciso di insistere con le loro affermazioni assurde e senza senso, tenendosi tutti i miei soldi. Sono dei ladri bugiardi che vi deruberanno delle vostre vincite e inventeranno qualche clausola per far sembrare che abbiate violato i termini del contratto, quando in realtà si intascano tutte le vostre vincite legittime. Evitate questo casinò a tutti i costi perché vi prosciugheranno di tutto, magari lasciandovi i depositi iniziali come credito non prelevabile. Evitate Slotocafe e mettetelo nella lista nera!
