I registered an account with SLOTHEIST Casino . I claimed a 100% no rules no max cashout bonus I made a deposit of about $60.00 USD. I won $3,200. I was told I could only withdraw $1,000 a week so I did a withdraw of $1,000 one week it went good. I did the 2nd withdraw the following week of $1,000 I received it. I had $800.00 left in my account and that's when the problems started the withdraw was in pending for about 2 weeks I was told by multiple different casino reps I was getting the money that the money was on the way. To check my account. That it would be 2-4 hours max that it would be resolved . Then about 16 days later I was told I had to deposit $1,000 in order to get the 800 that was left from my original winnings. I claimed a no rules bonus then they out rules on my bonus at the very end cause I won over $3,000 . This all happened back in March . I still have never received my 800. They cancel it every time saying wagering not met. Or canceled for wrong data. But I never claimed any other bonus never did another deposit I won 3,200 and want the rest of my winnings.
